If you've dabbled in sewing, but would love to gain more confidence sewing your own clothing, then this workshop is for you. Woven shirts are a wardrobe staple, and sewing up a woven tee is a great way to start your me-made clothing journey.

In this workshop choose from three pattern options and we'll all sew them up together going over the aspects of each that are similar and demonstrating the techniques from each that make them unique.

Choose from 3 Patterns:

  1. Merchant & Mills "The Camber" - Shirt Version: This is a simple woven tee with a short sleeve, standard shoulder seam, bust dart and woven neck finishing.
  2. Merchant & Mills "The Fielder" - Shirt Version: This is a simple raglan style tee with a ribbing neck finish and optional arm opening/hem ribbing. It also includes a bust dart.
  3. Merchant & Mills "The Tee Shirt" - This is a woven tee shirt in masculine sizing. It offers a combination of a woven fabric with a ribbing neck finish, a breast pocket and optional rolled up sleeves.

DESCRIPTION: skills you'll learn in this workshop:

  • Reading sewing patterns and size charts.
