Refund policy

We, like any fabric store, cut to measure, and as such, cannot accept returns.  If there is a flaw in the fabric we missed, or something else you’d like to discuss about the fabric, send us an e-mail and we will do our best to make things right.

On occasion, there may be a small flaw or mark on the remnants, but they have already been discounted and as such will be sold as is.  Remnants cannot be returned.  

When it comes to color representation, every computer monitor is different, and we have tried our best to represent the colors of our fabric accurately.  If you are at all uncertain about the colors, send us an e-mail and we will be happy to send you a small swatch to check color prior to ordering, or book an appointment to come see our fabrics in person!

Unopened patterns or notions will be accepted in their original packaging for a return.  We cannot refund shipping charges.
